The context
Xchange on AIr is a generative radio created for Reply's annual technology event.
The goal? To combine artificial intelligence and entertainment to amplify Reply's innovative spirit. Starting from the exploration and experimentation of trendy tools and approaches in the world of generative music, we chose to transform them into a real station and a dedicated experience.

To create a diverse and high-quality musical stream using artificial intelligence, offer an interactive experience to participants to create personalized songs, and generate opening tracks for conferences as the official soundtrack. All this by combining technology and musical expertise.

Three compositions for a unique innovative sound.
To create the Xchange soundtrack, we followed an innovative process:
Reference creation: Using Udio, we generated short high-quality tracks as the initial base.
Sample generation: Based on the reference style, we created individual sections or instruments of the track through prompting. We used tools like Loudly and Soundry to obtain clean sounds and separate instruments.
Assembly: The various pieces were assembled into a coherent structure, with manual sound improvement.
Incorporation of non-generated sounds: We artfully enriched the musical structure.
Mixing and mastering: We finalized the tracks to achieve a professional sound level.
