Synergie is a leading HR services provider, operating through specialized divisions that support companies and candidates across all industries. Its services range from recruitment and staff leasing to training, outsourcing, and outplacement, with a strong presence in Italy and across Europe.

The challenge
Rationalize the management of five independently developed websites by optimizing components, layouts, and content workflows.The goal: streamline operations and ensure a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.

The solution
We designed a unified digital ecosystem based on Storyblok, a modern headless CMS.
The new system enabled centralized content management, standardized layouts and components, while preserving the unique identity of each Synergie brand.

The approach to design system
The UI rationalisation was driven by four fundamental pillars:
Reduction of elements, maintaining consistency and visual quality
