The client
Stellantis & You - Sales and Services is the retail division of the Stellantis group, active in 12 countries with over 200 dealerships. It brings together 11 automotive brands — from Fiat to Peugeot, from Jeep to Opel — offering sales, after-sales services, and rental.

The challenge
Rethinking the Stellantis & You digital platform, improving UX, visual identity and technical integration. The goal: to simplify and customize the user experience, while managing the complexity of a multi-brand and multi-level ecosystem.

The team designed the new Stellantis &You site with a mobile-first approach, focusing on the needs of people.

The team has designed the new Stellantis &You website with a mobile-first approach, putting the needs of people at the center.
Thanks to a three-level structure (national, city, dealer), the navigation is now smoother and more relevant, dynamically adapting to the location and behavior of each user.
A strategic and technical effort that has transformed a complex portal into a simple experience, consistent and personalized.

A renovated user experience: simple, agile and tailored
The Xchange on AIr radio took shape on a digital channel, where you can:
Listen to AI-generated music streams, designed to cover various genres and moments of the day, along with personalized songs created at the interactive stand. All tracks were created with Suno AI, a prompt-based tool that allows generating customized music.
Receive automated announcements between songs for the start of sessions, and reminders of event appointments and content.
Retrieve conference highlights in the form of short podcasts: all managed by AI, from text to voice.

The redesign also involved the visual and communication language of the site, with a look & feel that is more modern, dynamic and in line with the international positioning of Stellantis &You. A balance between recognizability of the group and enhancement of the individual brand identities .

Ascoltare gli stream musicali generati dall'intelligenza artificiale, pensati per coprire diversi generi e momenti della giornata, insieme alle canzoni personalizzate create allo stand interattivo. Tutte le tracce sono state realizzate con Suno AI, un tool prompt-based che permette di generare musica customizzata.
Ricevere gli annunci automatizzati tra una canzone e l'altra per l'inizio delle sessioni, e il promemoria degli appuntamenti e dei contenuti dell'evento.

Artificial intelligence to optimize images, ensuring high quality and fast loading without compromising the visual identity of the brands;
Advanced RPA, enhanced by AI, that automates data entry in the CMS, reducing errors and speeding up updates;
Integration of Algolia for advanced text search, dynamic filters, and a smooth and scalable management of vehicle pages and lists.
