Eden Viaggi, a brand of the Alpitour World Group, is one of Italy’s leading tour operators. Its identity is built around a hassle-free travel philosophy, communicated with a distinctive and ironic tone. A strategic repositioning designed by Triplesense Reply, aimed at engaging even the younger audience.

Bring the brand’s relaxed, “no frills” approach to life through a unique and memorable initiative at the heart of the Sanremo Festival — and do it for the very first time.

Just steps away from the Teatro Ariston, the Zero Sbatti Corner transformed the brand’s positioning into an immersive, experiential space.
A place filled with engaging activities that made the promise of a simple, seamless travel experience tangible.
The Concept of the New Spots
During the Festival, Sanremo speeds up. Everything is movement, crowds, lights, sound. From this came the insight: what if, in the middle of that intensity, an Eden could open up?
The corner became the physical embodiment of the brand’s tagline — a contemporary oasis expressing Eden Viaggi’s evolution into a dynamic, modern travel brand closer to a younger audience.
Visual Identity
In addition to strategy and concept, Triplesense Reply also curated the visual concept and spatial design of the experience. The interiors of the corner, wrapped in Eden’s signature teal tones, invite visitors to step into the brand’s world, while illustrations and graphics reflect the new visual language of the catalogs, creating a seamless connection between brand identity and physical experience.
Content that brings the initiative to life
We developed all the supporting materials, including:
An event map with practical information and directions to reach the Zero Sbatti Corner;
A drive-to-corner card guiding people to the space;
A scratch card, giving everyone the chance to win branded gadgets;
A promotional flyer, created specifically for participants in the experience.
