The client
Fiat, an icon of Italian mobility, chose to collaborate with Triplesense Reply to create its first TV commercial generated entirely with AI. The product? Pandina, a true Italian icon.

The challenge
To use artificial intelligence to generate the entire visual narrative structure of the commercial — from character creation to scenario design and the production of every scene.
The objective: ensure quality and consistency within tight timelines, while keeping Fiat’s message and iconic image clear and recognizable.

The solution
A film produced entirely with AI: The script provided by the client focuses on a story set in an extraterrestrial universe, where aliens cannot resist the charm of Italian style. Unique characters and fantastical environments came to life thanks to our expertise and an advanced creative process.

Lo Spot TV
Our Creative Technology Hub leveraged the latest Google tools, including Nano Banana Pro and Veo — a high-resolution video generation model — on Google Cloud’s Vertex AI platform.
These technologies enabled the creation of immersive environments and highly realistic characters, bringing to life an extraterrestrial universe where Italian flair and the appeal of Fiat Pandina succeed in winning over the aliens.

The collaboration with Google Cloud not only ensured access to the most advanced Generative AI models, but also provided a comprehensive legal protection framework — both regarding the data used to train the models and the generated content outputs.
The approach
AI Casting and Character Design
Through an advanced approach to creative control of AI tools, we generated the entire visual world of the film, including casting the protagonist, designing the alien characters, and producing the video sequences.
This resulted in engaging, highly consistent and realistic scenes, setting new standards in the video production industry.

Creativity, Quality and Efficiency
The commercial creatively blends the concept of Italian identity — a hallmark of the Fiat brand — with an interplanetary adventure set in a colorful and original universe, where Pandina is the absolute protagonist.
The project was completed within an extremely short timeframe, thanks to the efficiency of Google’s technology, which ensured high visual and narrative quality.
Additionally, the integration and animation of the car’s 3D models, handled by Infinity Reply, guaranteed maximum technical precision.
Pre-roll campaign
Targeted campaign
Starting from the key interests of Pandina’s audience, we developed a YouTube campaign featuring a series of cut-downs used as pre-roll ads.
In these videos, the alien protagonist of the TV commercial humorously — and intentionally awkwardly — expresses his passion for Italian style.
Each video was designed and targeted to reach specific audiences — from DIY enthusiasts to outdoor lovers — maximizing relevance and affinity with different segments.
Results
This project represents a tangible evolution in AI-driven video production, demonstrating how the integration of advanced technologies can optimize creative and production processes, increasing speed, efficiency and impact.
To evaluate its effectiveness, a post-campaign study was conducted on a large sample of car owners in Italy. The results confirmed performance above category benchmarks across all key brand and performance KPIs:
