Legami Milano è un brand nato da un’idea semplice e geniale: una cinghia per legare i libri. Oggi è un universo di oltre 4.000 prodotti, oggetti sorprendenti e creativi pensati per dare colore alla vita quotidiana. Un brand riconoscibile che continua a crescere con Boutique in tutta Italia.

The challenge

Nelle Boutique Legami non si entra solo per acquistare, ma per curiosare e lasciarsi ispirare. La sfida è duplice: trasportare questa esperienza in una dimensione digitale e accompagnare il brand nella sua evoluzione da Stationery a Lifestyle Love Brand. Il nuovo sito deve trasmettere il calore, la creatività e la forza emozionale di Legami.

The Xchange on AIr radio took shape on a digital channel, where you can:

  1. Listen to AI-generated music streams, designed to cover various genres and moments of the day, along with personalized songs created at the interactive stand. All tracks were created with Suno AI, a prompt-based tool that allows generating customized music.

  2. Receive automated announcements between songs for the start of sessions, and reminders of event appointments and content.

  3. Retrieve conference highlights in the form of short podcasts: all managed by AI, from text to voice.

With the new design, Geox.com aims to position itself as the company's most profitable store.

Un sito che racconta e ispira

Una UI giocosa riflette lo spirito del brand con colori pastello e forme morbide. Protagonisti del sito sono i “Mondi Legami”: da Partners in Style a Wonderland, raggruppano i prodotti in percorsi tematici creativi che ispirano e aumentano la brand awareness. Con funzionalità come le gift card personalizzabili e consigli per occasione, ogni prodotto diventa il regalo perfetto per le persone care. È così che lo storytelling crea relazioni durature e autentiche con i clienti.

Our team also handled the restyling of the visual identity of Geox's omnichannel loyalty program, Benefeet. In the new site, we redesigned the entry points along the customer journey, featuring callbacks on the homepage, personal areas, and product listing pages. The program was enhanced and pushed with email marketing activities.
