It’s a historic tour operator from the largest Italian tourism group, Alpitour World. Its new offer is innovative, flexible and dynamic, with affordable prices and reliable services.

The challenge

Communicating the new positioningEden Viaggi needed to change its positioning due to a reorganization of Alpitour World. The tour operator now has a new target audience: single people and couples without children. That’s why the new offer is “Seamless”, in order to ensure easier travel planning. The main needs were:

Communicating the new positioningEden Viaggi needed to change its positioning due to a reorganization of Alpitour World. The tour operator now has a new target audience: single people and couples without children. That’s why the new offer is “Seamless”, in order to ensure easier travel planning. The main needs were:

  • a “light” restyling of the logo

  • a new visual identity for the 2022/23 catalogs.

The goal was to renew the communication codes while preserving the brand recognition.

Our mission

Designing a new travel philosophy.
We have updated and dynamized the communication of the brand starting from the logo, revisiting it without distorting its essence. This first step led to the work on the catalogues iconography and the new visual identity.
We have also renewed the historic figure of the Controller, who has evolved from a rigid guarantor of the “Eden quality” to two new inspiring characters.

The solution

The new logo
We have replaced the previous font with a sans-serif one and chose a more vibrant color code. The apple is now fully coloured inside. The result is fresher but it doesn’t affect the brand recognition. Starting with the new logo, we have also designed a new set of icons to highlight content.

The new catalogues
The pop style of the new covers meets the more dynamic and fresher spirit of the brand and its travelers. The new “Eden” colour characterizes the visual identity of all the pages, and the photographic selection, which alternates amazing landscapes and people, is playfully integrated with the graphic elements.

The new controllers

The new characters are Clara, the beauty gaze coach, and Edo, the food trotter. These new figures represent the quality of Eden's signature travels and serve as inspirational influencers, each in their own specialized field.

Food Trotter
An enthusiastic and experienced food trotter. He explores the world one dish at a time and savors every moment. In the kitchen, he has found the key to delve into the cultures of other countries. Through travel, he has discovered unique ways to have fun. His mission is to share these experiences to give holidays extra flavor.

Clara

Gaze coach
A gaze coach who combines passion and expertise. Because beauty can be around the corner, at the end of a path, in the heart of a historic center, or on a hidden beach. It's a continuous discovery that she loves to take one step at a time, in order to recommend the best excursions and cultural attractions in every destination.
