Triplesense Reply signs the new customer journey of Pitagora SPA

“The perfect day is when the most beautiful dreams come true.” More responsive, but also more usable and quick in communicating services in a structured and efficient way, the new website of Pitagora Spa, financial intermediary of Gruppo Cassa di Risparmio di Asti, is already online available for customers. The new version, the result of a redesign operation, was designed and created by Triplesense Reply, creative and design agency of the Reply Group.

Pitagora offers convenient and fast loans, transparent and easy. Based on this brand identity, Triplesense Reply has redefined the customer experience, to meet the accessibility needs of users and guide them through a fluid and intuitive path, not just a simple website. Starting from a structural and content analysis, and identifying the customer pain point, the team moved to select and group data into homogeneous elements; after obtaining the clustering, the new site architecture was designed before proceeding to define the new graphic mood and content communication.

The restyling project meets the needs of a constantly evolving market and is the result of a paradigm shift by the company. The new digital strategy aims for a service offering B2C and B2B across all available devices, and the website will soon be integrated with the launch of a mobile app.

Founded in Turin in 1995, Pitagora has a network of 200 financial agents with 78 branches distributed throughout the national territory. In the salary-backed loan sector, it operates in partnership with 33 credit institutions, for a total of about 3 thousand active branches.
