Triplesense Reply and Comwrap Reply supported Stellantis &You – Sales and Services in redesigning the brand’s website, creating a modern, seamless and customer-centric digital platform.

Triplesense Reply and Comwrap Reply supported Stellantis &You – Sales and Services in redesigning the brand’s website, delivering a modern, seamless and customer-centric digital platform. The goal was to enhance the user experience and refresh the visual identity through a multi-brand approach aligned with local needs across Europe.
Triplesense Reply led the creative redesign and UX architecture. Comwrap Reply (Adobe Platinum Solution Partner) managed the implementation on Adobe Experience Managertechnology, integrating the platform into the Stellantis ecosystem.
A scalable website for EMEA markets
The new website has been designed to effectively and consistently meet the needs of EMEAmarkets (Italy, Poland, Austria, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Belgium and France), with a multilingual interface ensuring brand consistency at European level.
Go-live across all markets: December 2025.
Simplicity and personalisation
The new stellantisandyou.com website provides a single access point bringing together 11 automotive brands — from Fiat to Peugeot, from Jeep to DS — ensuring a tailored experience.
Triplesense Reply adopted a mobile-first design approach and a three-level structure (country, city, dealership) to deliver smooth, personalised navigation based on users’ location and behaviour. The intuitive interface makes it easy to access all key services: sales of new and used vehicles, rentals, online booking for after-sales services, and used-car valuation with Spoticar.
A strong focus was placed on sustainable mobility, with a wide range of related content highlighting the many electric and hybrid models.
Advanced technology for operational efficiency
Developed on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), the website leverages advanced technologies to optimise content management and user interaction. Key innovations include:
• Optimised lead generation, with intuitive forms and CRM integration for efficient contact management and follow-ups
• Algolia integration, enabling advanced search, dynamic filters and seamless management of vehicle and dealership pages
• Artificial intelligence to optimise and rapidly upload images in line with the visual identity
• RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to automate and streamline data entry
• An electronic booking system to quickly and securely reserve vehicles online
• Multi-language and multi-country capabilities to ensure personalisation and compliance with local regulations
• A user area integrated with Gigya, providing advanced and secure management of personal profiles and vehicle-related data
• Dynamic management of phone leads, with automatic generation of tracking numbers to monitor engagement performance
The result is a new ecosystem that seamlessly connects the physical and digital worlds, offering a complete and centralised omnichannel experience. One single access point, many mobility solutions.
