In the first episode, Giacomo Grassi, Director of User Experience and Digital Processes at INPS, shows how human-centered design can transform public administration from a mere enforcer of regulations into a true provider of people-centered services.

The second episode explores the world of Femtech with Giulia Marchese, Gender Data Scientist and co-founder of Geen, the AI that guides people toward the health service most suitable for them. A conversation about how technology, data and AI are capable of breaking down barriers to access public services.

The third episode tells the story of work that includes and supports: Stefano Pagliarani, from the Institutional Relations team at CNH, presents an initiative that highlights the therapeutic value and social value of work itself.

In the fourth episode, Eleonora Coffaro, Marketing Communication Director at Lavazza, explores how a company can communicate sustainability in an authentic and creative way, combining values, entertainment and engagement.

The series closes with an episode dedicated to the STEM world seen through the gender lens. The protagonist is Stefania Ferrero, Chief Marketing & Solutions Officer at Comau, who explores female leadership in robotics and the profound changes underway in the technology sector.

The second season of Fuori standard debuts on the 22 April with the first two episodes, followed by weekly releases every Wednesday on major audio streaming platforms.
