New U-Power website: stepping into the digital ecosystem of an evolving brand
Triplesense Reply announces the launch of the new website created for U-Power, a European leader in Personal Protective Equipment. An end-to-end project that marks a significant evolution of the brand’s digital ecosystem.
The project included a complete redesign of the digital experience, content rewriting, SEO optimization and the implementation of a new analytics system, along with the restructuring of the IT infrastructure and the migration of legacy content.
The new website enhances the brand’s offering through optimized navigation and storytelling tailored to the real needs of workers. A usable and engaging digital environment, designed to maximize the findability of all products. U-power.ai also acts as a strategic business lever: a space that strengthens the retailer network and reinforces the brand narrative.
Several key features have been introduced:
An advanced search with real-time suggestions and relevance-based product ranking, also optimized in the reserved area to facilitate retailers’ access to documentation.
Upselling and cross-selling sections that help users quickly identify complementary or alternative products, consistent with specific industries and use contexts.
A product finder that guides users through a short, targeted quiz to identify the most suitable product for their needs.
The SEO and analytics strategy aims to ensure a solid and long-term online presence through editorial and technical content optimization, a revised site structure, and a custom tracking plan to monitor performance and user behavior. This approach enables U-Power to gain precise insights over time, to support its marketing strategies.
In addition to traditional SEO, a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy has been prepared to strengthen the brand’s visibility on AI-based search engines, in line with the evolving digital landscape.
From a technological perspective, a centralized headless ecosystem was created, where the CMS and PIM act as a single source for content and product data. This architecture ensures rapid updates through a scalable structure and gives U-Power teams full autonomy in content management, considerably reducing time-to-marketfor new product lines and launches.
Thanks to automated workflows and AI support — integrated into both the PIM and CMS — it is possible to enable advanced features such as AI-based automatic content translation, accelerating international rollout and improving operational efficiency.
The migration of legacy content was handled through a highly innovative approach, involving the development of dedicated tools for data extraction, cleansing and normalization, significantly reducing manual effort, timelines, and risk.
AI was also integrated into the management of technical and product data sheets: starting from test reports and certifications, a pipeline based on OpenAI models enables the extraction, structuring, and validation of technical data directly within the PIM.
With this launch, U-Power takes a decisive step forward in its digital evolution.
