New stage of the collaboration between Poltrona Frau, a leading brand in high-end contemporary furniture, and the Reply Group. The e-commerce service is online, an ideal completion of the restyling project and strategic revision of the site  Poltrona Frau , presented on the occasion of Milan Design Week 2019.

The new virtual store, which Triplesense Reply oversaw the UX/UI design,  Open Reply handled the implementation of the content management system and Protocube Reply implemented the 3D product configurator, is conceived as a touchpoint culminating in the customer journey: a space where to experience the world of Poltrona Frau without leaving home. In the e-shop, the customer can find, in addition to furniture, a wide selection of home accessories, according to a living philosophy where craftsmanship and attention to detail, which enhance even the most essential environment, marry discreet elegance and timeless luxury signed by Poltrona Frau.

An important detail concerns the choice to display in total transparency the list price of each piece. A choice that complements the technical descriptions and the list of materials and workmanship, allowing the customer to compare the expense with their budget or to plan future purchases better, both in the virtual store and in one of the local sales points.

The integrated 3D configurator on the product pages enhances the customer experience, allowing the customer to customize in just a few clicks the highly realistic virtual image with various combinations of solid wood and refined fabrics or by applying one of the endless varieties of colors and tanning from the 12 collections Pelle Frau®. In this way, the customer becomes the architect of a true “co-creation” of the product and the protagonist of a unique and outstanding brand experience.
