Eden Viaggi Reconfirms Triplesense Reply for the New 2026 Spot and Omnichannel Strategy
Turin, February 3, 2026 – Following the success of the previous TV campaign, Eden Viaggi returns on air with the new 2026 commercial, once again created by Triplesense Reply.
The creative agency has been the brand’s strategic partner for over four years and continues to evolve the communication platform “Incredibile, ma Eden” (the Italian phrase plays on the saying “Incredible but true,” to highlight the brand's unique, effortless vacation experience).
The project features four humorous films and an omnichannel communication strategy that highlights the brand’s "no frills" positioning, part of the Alpitour Group.

Key Concept: “You’re the Only One Missing”.
A group of friends is on vacation, enjoying relaxation and fun, but in each scene, something feels off: an empty seat. The ending reveals a surreal twist: the absent friend didn’t choose Eden Viaggi and is still at home, trapped in endless online searches trying to plan their own vacation.
The contrast between those already on the beach and those still caught in the stress of planning highlights the brand’s promise: selected flights and hotels, 24/7 assistance, and “zero hassle” for a simple and straightforward travel experience. As the tagline says, “If you choose Eden Viaggi, your vacation starts earlier.”
Strategic Approach: All the Best of Eden Viaggi
71% of people in Italy report finding at least part of the booking process stressful. On average, Italians spend 53 hours a year choosing a destination, with Gen Z spending up to 72 hours. Research speaks of “pre-vacation fatigue.”
The campaign’s insight is based on this data and a thorough analysis of the results from the previous commercial, also created by Triplesense Reply, which achieved high levels of engagement and awareness, consolidating the brand’s position around the concept of “zero hassle”.
In the new commercial, this creative territory is expanded: the emotional value of a trip that’s easy to book and wonderful to experience becomes the true protagonist.Stunning beaches, crystal-clear seas, and authentic moments of relaxation and fun build desirable imagery, sharply contrasting with the darker scenes showing those still trying to organize their vacation without Eden Viaggi.
